IOCL Western Region Education Qualification :-

| Technician Apprentice | 3-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc. (50% marks for General/OBC candidates, 45% marks for SC/ST candidates). |
| Trade Apprentice | Applicants must have passed 10th grade as well as ITI in the relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, etc.). |
| Graduate Apprentice | A BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA degree in any subject (with 50% marks). |
| Data Entry Operator Fresher (Trade Apprentice) | 12th pass (but less than a graduate) with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). |
| Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders) | Applicants must have passed the 12th grade from a recognized board and possess a ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ skill certificate (training duration less than one year). |
