IRFCL Education Qualification 2026 :-

• Assistant :-
  • Three years Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University / Institute with not less than 60% marks and
  • Intermediate Examination Passed from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
• Assistant Manager :-
  • Three years Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University / Institute with not less than 60% marks and
  • Qualified CA/CMA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Or
    • Two years Regular MBA (Finance) /Post Graduation Diploma in Management (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute.

IRFCL Pay Scale :-

• Assistant (NE5 Level) – Scale of Pay: ₹ 21,000-74,000/-
• Assistant Manager (Finance) – E1 Level Scale of Pay – ₹ 40000-1,40,000/
