- If you wish to apply for a new ration card yourself, click on the ‘Citizen Login’ option.
- If you are applying for a new ration card for the first time, select the ‘Login with Aadhaar OTP’ option.
- If you already hold a ration card and wish to add a new family member’s name, click on the ‘Login with Ration Card Number and OTP’ option.
- Next, enter your Aadhaar number and the CAPTCHA code displayed on the screen, then click on ‘Generate OTP’.
- You will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar; use this to verify your mobile number.
- After this, select the ‘Apply New Ration Card’ option.
- You will need to upload proof of address and a group photograph of the family, then proceed.
- The online application form will appear; first, enter the name of the person in whose name the ration card is to be issued.
- Next, enter details such as the names of parents and dates of birth.
- After filling in these details and verifying via OTP, enter information regarding qualifications, occupation, annual income, income certificate, PAN card, and other relevant certificates.
- Now, select the option for either a single-member family or a multi-member family.
- Then, enter your permanent address details, including whether the area is rural or urban, house number, and locality.

- If you have an LPG gas connection, enter details such as the company name and other relevant information.
- Then, enter the bank name, branch, account number, and IFSC code.
- Under ‘FPS Mapping’, select the ration dealer in your area from whom you will collect rations in the future.
- After this, provide the necessary information regarding NFSA eligibility and answer the relevant questions.
- Finally, upload the required documents, such as proof of address, the family group photo, and other necessary certificates. After filling in all the details, click the ‘Next’ button, then click ‘Preview’ to review the information.
