What is Ambedkar Medhavi Chhatra Yojana ?
The Haryana Government has launched the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Medhavi Chhatra Yojana, a scholarship scheme designed to provide financial assistance for higher education to students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). Students who have passed Class 10, Class 12, or graduation and have enrolled for further studies are eligible for the benefits of this scheme. dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhatra Yojana Eligibility Criteria :-
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- Students must belong to SC, BC-A, BC-B, or eligible General category.
- Candidate should have passed 10th, 12th, or Graduation with required percentage marks.
- Family annual income should be less than ₹4 lakh.
- General and BC category students can apply only for the 10th-based scholarship scheme.
