• Must be a male citizen of India.
• His age must be between 18 and 40 years as of May 28, 2024.
• He must be medically fit and free from any infectious disease.
• He must possess a Voter ID Card, Ration Card, or Aadhaar Card/Certificate.
• He must never have been imprisoned (it is mandatory for the individual to obtain a Character Certificate from the local police station in this regard).
