  • आवेदक ने मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्था से स्नातक की हो।
  • बुनियादी वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग कौशल और कंप्यूटर चलाने की क्षमता और
  • डेटा फीड करने का कौशल।
  • याचिका की उचित सेटिंग के साथ अच्छी टाइपिंग स्पीड।
  • अदालतों में प्रस्तुति के लिए डिक्टेशन लेने और फाइल तैयार करने की क्षमता।
  • फाईली रख-रखाव और प्रोसेसिंग का ज्ञान।
• रिसेप्शनिस्ट-सह-डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर :-
  • आवेदक ने मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्था से स्नातक की हो।
  • उत्कृष्ट मौखिक और लिखित संचार कौशल,
  • वर्ड और डाटा प्रोसेसिंग क्षमताएं,
  • दूरसंचार प्रणालियों (टेलीफोन, फैक्स मशीन, स्विचबोर्ड आदि) पर काम करने की क्षमता
  • अच्छी टाइपिंग स्पीड के साथ प्रवीणता।
