Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has started online application for Jharkhand B.Ed Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2026 course admission in 28 government or government aided or private colleges from 2026. Jharkhand BEd Education Qualification :-

A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Humanities/Commerce with at least 50% (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC PWD) marks and/or a Master’s degree in Science/Social Sciences, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% (50% in case of SC/ST/OBC PWD) marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed courses. The minimum qualification for admission to M.Ed will be B.Ed/B.P.Ed.
Applicants must select only one subject (in one subject category) studied in the qualifying Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 200 marks and at least 50% aggregate in that subject. This subject will now be listed as a teaching subject in the B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed courses.
There is no passing year requirement for applying to B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed courses.
Students in the final year of a Bachelor’s/Master’s program will also be eligible to apply for B.Ed admission.
