AAI NR Apprentice Education Qualification 2026 :-

• Graduate/Diploma:- Candidates should possess full time (regular) four years degree or 3 years (regular) diploma in Engineering in any of the above mentioned streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI.
• Graduate/Degree Apprentice:– Full-time regular four-year degree in the relevant engineering/discipline mentioned in the notification, from an institution recognized by AICTE.
• ITI Trade:- candidates should possess ITI/NCVT certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant & Steno trades from institutions recognized by AICTE, GOI.

Monthly Stipend

Apprentice Type	Stipend
Graduate Apprentice	₹15,000 per month
Diploma Apprentice	₹12,000 per month
ITI Trade Apprentice	₹9,600 per month

AAI Northern Region Apprentice Eligibility

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Candidates must be domiciles of Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand.
• Candidates who passed their qualifying degree/diploma in 2024 or after are eligible.
• Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship are not eligible.
• Candidates having apprenticeship training/job experience of 1 year or more after acquiring the essential qualification are not eligible.

Mode of Selection :-

Shortlisting Based on the Marks in Qualifying Exam (Graduation/ Diploma/ ITI). Document Verification. Medical Examination.
