RRB Technician Education Qualification :-

• Technician Grade III :
  • Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the related trades (OR)
  • Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the related trades mentioned above.
• Technician Grade I Signal :
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.

Railway RRB Technician CBT-1 Exam Pattern 2026 :-

• Questions will be of objective type with multiple choice answers.
• Computer Based Exam (CBT) Online Exam.
• There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.
• The Exam Time Duration of 01:30 Hours. (90 minutes)
