Post Name– – UPSSSC UP PET Online Form 2026 – The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the notification for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2026. The wait is over for candidates who were anticipating this exam; the notification has been issued under Advertisement No. 16/2026, and candidates can now apply.

Qualifying in this exam is mandatory to apply for Group B and Group C recruitment in Uttar Pradesh. The online application process will run from August 3 to September 1, 2026, and all interested and eligible candidates may apply.

Candidates who qualify for the UP PET will hold a valid qualification for three years. To apply, you must first complete the One-Time Registration (OTR); once that is done, you can proceed to fill out the application form. UPSSSC UP PET Education Qualification :-

• Minimum Class 10 High School Exam in Any Recognized Board OR Any Higher Qualification in Any Recognized University in India.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus :-

PET 2026 will be a 100-mark, 100-question objective test to be completed in 2 hours, with ¼ mark negative marking for every wrong answer. The paper covers 15 sections:

How To Apply UPSSSC UP PET Online Form 2026 :-

First, you need to visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission. Now, click on the “Online Form” option given on the homepage. After that, you will first complete the One-Time Registration. If you have already registered, log in and fill out your form. Carefully fill in all the information requested in the form. Then, make the online payment for the form. Finally, submit the application form and print a copy.
